Click Open below each image to view it as a record. If you do not want to license the image, click Remove.

If you have a list of Image IDs, you may simply type or paste these in to the Add Images field - separated by commas or spaces - and then click the "Add more images" button.

Image Size

As a rough guide the longest side exceeds 3000 pixels. However, digital Image pixel sizes vary between digital originals and scans of prints eg the print could be small.

Licensing Help

Type of Use

Select Non-Commercial solely if your use is for private and personal purposes and does not involve any form of distribution including via the internet. Select Commercial for all other uses.

Book, Magazine, Poster, Television, DVD, Video, Exhibition Panel, Web etc.

Image Size

Quarter, Half, Full Page, Pixel size for web etc.

Cover or Titles

Select appropriately.

Print Run Number

number in print run, DVDs manufactured etc.

Title of Work

Title of Book, Report, Article etc.

Publication Date

Expected date of publication

For Sale

Select appropriately. The answer is YES even if you are charging recovery costs. Explain this in Additional Information.

Territory

UK, Europe, North America, World etc.

Period of Use

For books and magazines - standard term is one print run. For television, video, DVD and web, the term is usually a period of time.

Licence to be made in favour of

(optional) If purchase is for your own use simply leave blank. If you are licensing for another party e.g. an author clearing rights for a publisher, type in the name that the licence should be make in favour of.
